The other half of the problem was the dashboards themselves. Every tool we tried felt like a maze: tiny dropdowns, hidden fields, modal stacks that ate your inputs. So we built Billy — an assistant that reads an order, drafts the shipment in plain English, and lets you confirm with one click. Yes, it uses AI. We say it once, on purpose, because we'd rather you judge it by the result than by the label.
