Can I pay for shipping labels with crypto?
Yes. Fund your wallet with crypto (BTC, ETH, USDC) as well as card, Cash App Pay, Klarna, Amazon Pay, and bank transfer — then buy USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL labels in seconds.
Which carriers does GoatLabels support?
USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL with live all-in rates, plus an international network including Royal Mail, Canada Post, Aramex, Asendia, ePost Global, Passport, and TNT.
Do I need a monthly subscription to print labels?
No. There's no monthly minimum to print a label — you pay per label from your wallet on the Free plan. Pro is a flat monthly plan that removes the shipment cap, adds cheaper label rates, and unlocks Billy on Telegram.
How does the AI create a shipping label?
Paste, dictate, or screenshot an order and Billy — the built-in assistant — drafts a ready-to-buy label: addresses, package, and rate. You review and hit buy.
Does GoatLabels work for TikTok Shop and other stores?
Yes. Connect TikTok Shop, Shopify, Etsy, or WooCommerce, sync orders into one To Ship queue, and print labels from your phone. Tracking pushes back automatically when you print.
What is the wallet model?
You fund a prepaid balance, then buy labels from that balance. Checkout stays fast, crypto works alongside cards, and voided shipments are credited straight back to the wallet.
Is the price I'm quoted really what I pay?
Yes — every quote is one all-in price, locked at quote time. The only thing that can change it is a carrier re-weigh, and those show up as clear ledger entries so you know exactly what was charged and why.
