Paying for labels on GoatLabels

GoatLabels uses a prepaid wallet: you add funds first, and every label is then paid instantly from your balance. This keeps buying a label to one click and lets us support far more payment methods than a typical checkout.

Supported payment methods

You can top up your wallet with:

  • Cards — credit and debit
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • PayPal and Venmo
  • Cash App Pay
  • Klarna
  • Amazon Pay
  • Bank transfer
  • Crypto — BTC, ETH, and USDC

Topping up with crypto

  1. Open your wallet in the dashboard and choose a crypto top-up.
  2. Select BTC, ETH, or USDC.
  3. Send the payment as instructed; your wallet balance updates once the payment completes.

From there, buying a label works exactly the same as with any other funding method — the label price is simply deducted from your balance.

How labels are charged

Each label’s live, all-in rate (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or an international partner service) is shown before you buy. When you confirm, that amount is deducted from your wallet. There is no monthly minimum on the Free plan — an idle account spends nothing.

Plans and billing

  • Free ($0): pay per label from your wallet; includes a monthly allowance of up to 50 shipments.
  • Pro ($40/month): unlimited shipments, cheaper label rates, and Billy on Telegram.
