Getting started with GoatLabels

1. Create your account

Sign up at goatlabels.io/signup. The Free plan has no monthly fee and no monthly minimum — you only pay for the labels you buy.

2. Fund your wallet

GoatLabels uses a prepaid wallet: you top up a balance first, then every label you buy is paid instantly from that balance. This keeps label checkout to a single click and lets us support payment methods like crypto alongside cards.

To top up:

  1. Open your dashboard and go to your wallet.
  2. Choose a payment method — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App Pay, Klarna, Amazon Pay, bank transfer, or crypto (BTC, ETH, USDC).
  3. Choose an amount and confirm. Your balance updates and you’re ready to ship.

3. Buy your first label

You can create a label two ways:

  • With Billy (fastest): paste, dictate, or screenshot an order to Billy, the built-in AI assistant. Billy drafts a ready-to-buy label — recipient address, package details, and a live rate. You review it and hit buy.
  • Manually: enter the addresses and package details yourself, compare live all-in rates across USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, and buy the service you want.

Either way, the label is paid from your wallet and ready to print immediately.

4. Connect your stores

Connect TikTok Shop and other marketplaces to sync orders into one To Ship queue, so every sale is ready to label without copy-pasting. You can work the queue from your phone as well as your desktop.

Free vs. Pro

  • Free ($0): pay per label from your wallet, a monthly allowance of up to 50 shipments, and Billy, the API, and store sync included.
  • Pro ($40/month): unlimited shipments, cheaper label rates, and Billy on Telegram.
